Enhancing strategic cooperation, promoting products quality

Recently, SANY's Purchasing and Commerce department, Quality Supervision department communicated with over 10 subcontracted parts manufacturers concerning the quality of subcontracted parts to launch a new measure of" Inspection ahead".
" Inspection ahead" is to move the inspection procedure to suppliers. In the past, the subcontracted parts were checked after arriving SANY, lots of disqualified parts couldn't enter into manufacture process directly which affected products' delivering period. At the same time, products return also brought some troubles to suppliers. After the application of new measure, SANY would send inspectors to suppliers to carry out quality inspection aiming at guarantee the subcontracted parts transported to SANY are 100% qualified that are able to enter into assembly line directly.
Under the new measure, inspectors are not only responsible to the quality of subcontracted parts, but also in charge of the monitoring of entire quality system of subcontracted companies such as inspection standard unification, quality consciousness promoting, inspection techniques guidance etc. This quality solution would be implemented in SANY's important suppliers. To some parts of stable quality, SANY would implement inspection-free policy.
