After above one month marine shipping, the 19 sets of Sany products that bearing the special tasks will recently arrive at Munich, Germany, to participate on behalf of Sany in the world biggest engineering machinery exhibition, Munich Bauma Exhibition, due to be held on Apr. 23. On that occasion, Sany Group will ceremoniously present the 19 sets of latest products of its 6 product series of pumping machinery, road construction machinery, excavator machinery, hoisting machinery, pile driving machinery, and harbor machinery.
With 53 years history, Germany Bauma Exhibition is one of the world biggest exhibitions in terms of scale. At this time, the exhibition delegations from China account for above 10,000 m2 exhibition area, of which Sany Heavy Industry accounts for approximate 3,000m2 outdoors exhibition area, 6 times of 500m2 exhibition area last year. During the exhibition, Sany will present 19 sets of latest equipment from 6 product series, of which the 66m pump truck with world longest arm support, 37m intelligent arm support pump truck, and world first fully hydraulic motor grader will all participate in this Bauma exhibition. In addition, almost full line of Sany engineering machinery product such as trailing concrete pump, motor grader, paver, and rotary drill rig will all participate in this exhibition.
Sany paid great attention on this Germany Bauma Exhibition and started the preparations for this exhibition from Aug., 2006. To meet with the requirements of the international exhibition, the participant products were coated uniformly, adopted with full English identifications, and improved and assembled elaborately to achieve higher quality and more predominant performance of the products. As the international exhibitions have higher requirements on the products, the Quality Assurance Department appointed the special inspectors to inspect the parts, assembling, debugging, coating, and painting strictly in accordance with the exhibition standard and demanded that each step of certain process must be 100% conformance before transfer to next process. For some out-sourcing parts, the Quality Assurance Department signed the High Precision Manufacture Agreement for Out-Sourcing Parts with the suppliers, under which those not meeting with the requirements were absolutely prohibited from adoption.
The above improvements further strengthened the international competition edge of Sany.
