On October 22, 2009, Prof. Zuo Tieyong, Academician of Chinese Academy of Engineering, Former President of Beijing University of Technology, and Member of the Academic Degree Committee of the State Council, delivered a lecture in Shiing-shen Lecture Hall . More than 600 students and teachers attended his lecture titled To Develop A Recycling Economy, To Build a Resource Recycling Society .
