On Dec. 27, 2009, Prof. Zhang Guozuo, former director of National Planning Office of Philosophy and Social Science and Doctor Supervisor of TsinghuaUniversity, delivered a lecture titled Some Key Issues about the Scientific Outlook on Development. The lecture attracted more than 600 teachers and students.
