The principals of our university are very concerned with the situations of the students of our universities in Japan" and the related departments have taken rapid actions to ensure the safety of these students and see if there is any aid needed in Japan.

The Department of Student Affairs and the College of Foreign Studies have successfully made contact with our students in Japan; meanwhile, the department of International Affairs Office has sent the name list of our students to the Chinese Embassy in Japan, so that these students may receive helps from the Chinese Embassy if necessary.

Up till now, the 11 students in Japan are safe, with 3 of them returned safely to Hong Kong on 13th.
