The inauguration ceremony of IEEE Harbin Section will be held

IEEE Harbin Section and Electron Device Chapter are formed that is supported by HIT Science and Technology Department (STD) is officially approved by IEEE Headquarters. STD, Prof. YE Yizheng and Prof. WANG Qi contributed a lot to the preparing work as well Chinese Institute of Electronics . The inauguration ceremony of Harbin Section will be held at Room 113, HIT Xingzheng Building on 9:00am 20th Sept. 2007. The presidents of IEEE Headquarters, Executive Director / CEO of IEEE, Administrative Activities Executives of IEEE, Chairman of IEEE China Coucil, Director of the IEEE China and other distinguished guests will attend the inauguration ceremony. Meanwhile, the related HIT leaders, academicians, experts and IEEE members will also be presence.

There will be an advisory meeting held at 14:00 on 20th in Room 113, Administration Building, and anyone who wishes to ask some questions about IEEE is warmly welcomed. There will be an English/Chinese interpreter for your Q&A and you can talk about whatever you want to prospect the splendid internationalized future that IEEE will lead HIT to. The Presidents of IEEE will give a speech at 9:00am on 21st in Room 113, Administration Building.
