From July 20th to 30th, 2010, "the 3rd International Sketch Festival" was held in Stralsund, Germany. Including me, totally 38 young artists from all over the world were invited to participate in this event
The festival lasted ten days and artists from different countries have discussed "Interaktive Daumenkino," "Sketch Your Type", "Draw What You Hear," "Musterzeichner" and other issues
Artists in the festival have created a number of paintings, animations, videos, and performance art works.
The festival was closed with a large-scale exhibition successfully held and portfolio will be on Mueckenschwein Press.
Artists in the festival have changed opinions on painting materials, painting techniques and painting styles, and taken a lot of new explorations and experiments during the creation process, looking for new possibilities of sketches in the future.
This event also has accelerated people from all over the world to mutually acknowledge and understand. Through communication and exchange of culture and art, mutual trust has been established between people, besides this pleasant cooperation experience has established foundation for the future cooperation at all levels.
