Professor XIAN Guijun, from the School of Civil Engineering, went for San Diego in the US on March 6th 2010, attending the SPIE Meeting, and delivered two oral presentations on the meeting. During the meeting, Professor XIAN conducted deep academic exchanges with Chinese and foreign scholars, which is of great meanings for both academic and practical aspects.
