Recently, Wang Yang, postgraduate of grade 2008 from School of Media Science of NENU has been awarded the fourth Ten Outstanding Changchun Volunteers.
Jointly sponsored by Changchun Municipal Propaganda Department, Changchun Spiritual Civilization Office, the Communist Youth League Changchun Municipal Committee and Changchun Volunteer Federation, the campaign lasted for two months, selecting Ten Outstanding Volunteers and Ten Outstanding Volunteer Committees from 306 candidates and 133 candidate communities respectively.
