Recently, China Periodicals Association(CPA) has held an essay contest, themed by "Enlarge and Strengthen Periodical Industry by Studying and Practicing the Scientific Outlook on Development". Jinlin Periodical Association's selection of the article "Practice the Scientific Outlook on Development to Promote the Reform and Development of Universities' Social Science Journals" edited by Wang yafan from NENU periodical society was awarded the excellent paper prize, which is the only paper that has received an award in Jinlin province.
