On September 13, Vice-minister of Ministry of Education, Lu Xin, came to NENU for an inspection program, accompanied by Jilin Vice-Governor, Cheng Xiaoguang and head of Provincial Department of Education, etc. Vice-president Zhang Zhiguo, vice party secretary and Vice-president Yang Xiaohui and concerned departments received Lu Xin.
