On Nov.30th, twelve overseas experts respectively from America, Canada, Belgium, Britain, Australia and Japan visited TUT to carry out academic exchange and discuss the development of higher education. The General Secretary of TUT Party Committee delivered a welcome speech. Vice-president Xu Bingshe gave an introduction on history, teaching faculty, students, discipline construction, scientific research and teaching, talent cultivation as well as 211 Project construction.
Meng Yifang from the Department of Human Resources and Social Security of Shanxi Province fully affirm and express appreciation for the abundant achievements attained by TUT.
The experts and relevant leaders also visited the Key Laboratory of Coal Science and Technology of the Ministry of Education, the Key Laboratory of New Material Interface Science and Engineering of the Ministry of Education, TUT History Exhibition and ShanxiCoalMuseum.
