Both TUT Men and Women Basketball Teams Won CUBA of Northwest Division

On March 25, the 12th CUBA of Northwest division concluded. in the final Men basketball team from our university won the game by 94:76 with previous winner team Northwestern Polytechnical University. Winning every game of the total 8 ones, TUT men basketball team has taken back the throne of Northwest King . Meanwhile, TUT women basketball team made every effort to win the game by 67:64 with previous winner team Qinghai Normal University. Winning every game of the total of 7 ones, TUT women basketball team has obtained the champion of Northwest division for the first time. Both men and women basketball teams therefore have entered for the national top eight finals.

Thus, the 12th CUBA of Northwest division has concluded successfully, and our university Taiyuan University of Technology has become the only university in CUBA history, which has obtained the championship for both men and women basketball teams at the same time.
