Today, the Brandvis Group won the first prize in the Innovations Awards for Workwear at Paris Expoprotection show which is the one of the largest shows in Europe for Personal Protective Equipment (Heath & Safety).
Upon awarding the L’estrophè de L’Innovation the judges remarked: “the Innovation is not just any innovation, it is a worldwide innovation!” Brandvis patented Software Solution allows consumers of High Visibility clothing across the world to take complete control of the designing and branding of their High Visibility clothing.
Everything is web based, all the client requires is that an account be set up in order to log into the design interface. Once logged in, the client can choose a garment style and by simply clicking and pointing with the mouse, can add colours to the empty panels (21 fabric colours in all).
The client can also add small & large logos; choose their locations, as well as adding accessories such as ID holder or mobile phone pocket. The software will inform immediately as to whether the design meets EN471 class 1, 2 or 3 (depending on the area (amount) of fluorescent colour used in the design).
The client can then order a sample directly online, receive a 3D model confirmation within 24 hours and a fully certified physical sample within 7 days. The client can then order a production run of 50 units+ with short delivery times.
Brandvis has an establish network of distributors and direct customers across Europe and North America. Brandvis patented system contains a pre-approved mechanism that allows customers to instantly verify if their jacket design meets EN471: 2003 Class 1, Class 2 or Class 3 for high visibility clothing.
This allows the client to create a completely unique branded garment whilst still remaining within the boundaries of the specified requirements of certification. This is the first time that individually certified unique garment designs have been available to the client.
Any product that comes out of the software is certified to EN471 (as above), EN340 & EN343. The software also works for the Canadian High Visibility Standard CAN-CSA-Z96-02 and the American standard ANSI-ISEA 107-2004. The software can adapt to any certified mechanism used in the world and has been approved to do so by SGS (UK).
It can also be programmed to certify designs for protective wear such as chemical resistant and flame retardant clothing.
