The thirteen edition of TEXTILMODA, the International Textile Fashion Show, will enable clothes manufacturers and designers to discover the most important international trends in textiles and adornments for Autumn-Winter 2008/9.
As at previous editions, the high quality of the collections brought together will make Hall 1 at FERIA DE MADRID a comprehensive and competitive showcase between 25th and 27th September. This exhibition will enable professionals to develop the most innovative range of clothing lines, creations that are likely to set the trend for future designs.
The Trends Forum, an area of the fair organised in collaboration with the Business Innovation Institute of the Balearic Islands (IDI) will once again be one of the star features at the fair.
As usual, this area will be located in the centre of the hall, alongside the trade exhibition. With the help of a carefully assembled layout, more than 800 samples of the Spanish and foreign exhibitors' textiles and adornments will be placed on show.
And in order to complement the collections and trends on show at the fair, TEXTILMODA will once again publish the corresponding Trends Book for the season. This publication, produced by the Business Innovation Institute of the Balearic Islands (IDI), will be on sale during the course of the fair and will offer a preview of all the fashion trends that are likely to emerge in the near future.
The Trends Book is an essential working tool for all professionals from the industry, enabling them to complete the information they acquire regarding colours and textures from the samples brought together at the Trends Forum.
