The mandate of the Management Board Mura, d.d., that is of the President of the Board Borut Meh and the members of the Board, Ms. Darja Odar, Mr. Jožef Šilec and Mr. Milan Mörec expires on August 15, 2007.
The Supervisory Board of the company Mura d.d. discussed the personnel issues at both this year’s meetings and appointed the administrative commission, which should prepare the proposition to the Supervisory Board for nominating the president of the Board of the company for the next 5-year term.
The commission had a discussion with the president of the Board and offered him a prolongation of the mandate, which Mr. Borut Meh has not accepted. He informed about his decision also the president of the Supervisory board Mr. Roman Ambrož, and on Friday, May 11, 2007, other members of the management.
