Discover the world of high-tech fabrics and technologies at the most important industry event of 2007, IFAI Expo 2007, Oct. 3-5, 2007 at the Las Vegas Convention Center.
This year three symposia will delve into emerging technological advances in the high-tech textiles arena: E-textiles, sports gear and battlefield applications.
"E-textile Innovations" will take place during IFAI Expo 2007 on October 3. Top industry speakers will discuss important breakthrough topics in e-textiles, i-textiles, flexible batteries, yarns and circuitry; as well as answer vital questions on entering this emerging field.
"Sports Gear Innovations" will examine the newest fabric sports gear and equipment on October 4, investigating market trends, cutting-edge research, technology advancing sports gear applications, design and manufacturing strategies for the sporting goods market.
"Battlefield Textiles-A Global Exchange" will address the global textile marketplace for textile military products on October 4, and will explore trends and applications for quick deployment applications, armor, uniforms, medical products and shelters; as well as new emerging technologies not yet on the market.
Attendees will also enjoy the High-tech Fashion Show on October 3, a special event parading dozens of e-textiles, high performance technologies, intelligent garments, military products and sustainable fabric solutions at during the Welcome Reception.
IFAI Expo 2007 will immerse participants in the growing specialty fabrics marketplace. At the largest specialty fabrics trade show in the Americas, visitors will discover cutting-edge new products, breakthrough material advancements, design initiatives, production techniques and marketing strategies.
As always, the annual exposition is the place for industry members to meet, learn, network and promote their company. In addition to the three high-tech symposiums, 10 other seminars and workshops will be offered.
