Finance Minister, Mohammad al-Hussein expressed on October 10, government’s intention of lending support to the handicraft sector. The implementation of this is to be done by furnishing workers in the field with adequate loans.

In a conference with chairman of the General Handicraft Union and union chairman for Damascus and Damascus countryside, the Finance Minister reiterated its desire of funding handicrafts in collaboration with the Ministry of Local Administration.
