USA : Fundraising fashion event to Washington

The Harman Center for the Arts and the designer ready-to-wear and accessories company AlidioMichelli, have joined forces to bring a fundraising fashion event to the Washington area as part of the inaugural celebrations of this 21st century destination performing arts center.
The event will be held on Monday October 22nd, 2007 at The Harman Center for the Arts. Commencing with a trunk show and informal modeling (1 - 5:30 pm; a portion of the proceeds to benefit The Harman Center), the afternoon activities will culminate in a high profile cocktail fashion event hosted by Honorary Chairs Michelle Cross Fenty, Kathleen Matthews and Alexandra Wentworth, and Event Chair Hayley Gordon Pivato (6 -8 pm).
Held on the critically acclaimed glass enclosed mezzanine terrace, highlights will include a fashion presentation of selected pieces from AlidioMichelli's S/S and F/W 08 seasons as well as introductions by both Michael Kahn, Artistic Director and Nicholas Goldsborough, Managing Director of The Harman Center.
