India : Minal to take over US based SELECTION Inc

Minal Engineering Ltd has informed that the Company is engaged in the manufacture of high precision dies, moulds, tools and engineering components.
It also has invested in a jewellery firm - C Mahendra Infojewels who are in the business of manufacturing high quality diamond studded jewellery.
The manufacturing plant is based at SEEPZ, Andheri, Mumbai. The designing and jewellery manufacturing unit is spread over an area of 50,000 sq. ft.
Having impressed a sizable figure of polish clientele across US for last decade and half, the Company is planning to take the high grade jewels to the haute couture jewellery market in US.
In order to achieve this, the Company is taking over SELECTION INC, a US based jewellery marketing Company that has many prestigious and reputed High end Jewellery outlets among its clientele, Some of the clients that SELECTION INC. Supplies diamond jewellery to are - Friedmans Zales, Gordon, Kim, Piercing Pagoda.
By buying out SELECTION INC, the Company will acquire a ready made marketing outfit is US and established clientele base of some of the most prestigious names involved in the business of hi-end Jewellery and designer watches.
