Following the success of the workshop in London in June and the waiting list which resulted, we have decided to run the programme again on the 20th November 2008 at 5 Portland Place London W1.
This workshop takes an in-depth look at the Fast Fashion model exemplified by Zara and the implications for other fashion retailers and suppliers in terms of strategies, critical path and supply chain management.
The workshop is aimed at all functional areas within the supply chain and is relevant both to senior management and the design, buying, merchandising and technical teams operating in international supply chains (from concept to delivery to the consumer).
This is an opportunity to look at the Fast Fashion model in more depth and for companies in the different fashion market sectors to learn from best practice. In addition the workshop will highlight examples of how the tools and techniques that have been applied in the Industry Forum's 12 years of successful implementation programmes. During the day the delegates will have an opportunity to discuss with Fast React how to maintain critical paths.
The modules in the Industry Forum Series of Workshops leave the delegates workshop motivated and inspired to make changes in their organisations. All delegates unanimously tell us that reducing time to market and improving responsiveness to customer demand is a strategic imperative. Critical Path and Supply Chain Management are crucial tactical issues being addressed to improve supply chain performance to drive profit.
