On December 20 2010, Governor Zhou Xiaochuan met with Mr. Donald Tsang, Chief Executive of the Hong Kong SAR, who was on a duty visit to Beijing. They exchanged views on issues of mutual interests, including financial cooperation between the Mainland and the SAR.
