On November 2,2007 at the 62nd Session of the General Assembly of the United Nations, Mr. Li Jinhua, Auditor General of the National Audit Office of China is appointed by acclamation for the membership of the Board of Auditors of UN for a six-year term beginning on 1 July 2008. It is the first time for Auditor General of China to join the membership of UNBOA.
