Mr Li Jinhua, Auditor General of China participated in the SAI Transformation Seminar jointly hosted by World Bank, US Government Accountability Office and IDI on Nov 12-16, 2007. Mr Li was invited to be the speaker at the session From Isolation to Strategic Relationships: Managing External Environment . Over 30 SAIs participated in the seminar.
Mr Li Jinhua, Auditor General of China visited the New York Stock Exchange on November 19, 2007 and met the Chief Executive Office Mr John Thain. On the same day, Mr Li Jinhua, also visited the UN Board of External Auditors and UN Oversight Committee and met respectively Mr Levallois, Chairman of the Board of Auditors and Ms Britt Alenius, Chairman of the Oversight Committee. Mr David Walker, Comptroller of USA also participated in these meetings.
