SHENZHEN police were seeking a man for allegedly killing a former girlfriend and her uncle in Futian District early Tuesday after she rejected a request to reunite, Chinese-language media reported Thursday.
The man, whose identity was not known, became upset and stabbed the woman six times in the chest and back, the Daily Sunshine reported.
The woman s uncle who tried to stop the killer was also stabbed fatally several times, the paper said. The killer then fled.
The woman was employed by Guangye Real Estate in the neighborhood. A colleague heard her screaming at about 9:45 p.m., followed by the sound of breaking glass. She found the woman lying in a pool of blood outside the office. There were a lot of onlookers, one of whom shouted to call the police, she said.
The male victim was a Guangxi native. It happened so fast. He (the killer) seemed to be very determined, said another witness.
