Five officers with the city s river regulatory authorities are rescued after their speed boat hit rocks and was about to sink in Shenzhen Bay on Friday. They were conducting on-sea measurements when the accident happened. Rescuers in two rescue boats were dispatched by the South China Sea Rescue Bureau of the Ministry of Transport Shenzhen base.
