JustEnough Software Corporation announced that the company became members of the Sewn Products Equipment & Suppliers of the Americas (SPESA) and the American Apparel Producers' Network (AAPN) organizations, continuing the company's outreach to the apparel industry for demand management and assortment planning.
According to the third annual Top Technology Trends in the Apparel Market report from AMR Research and Apparel Magazine, "supply chain planning is a growing risk." The report states that 30% of those surveyed are most concerned with supply chain management, which is a key area that can benefit from JustEnough's demand management solutions like Demand Forecasting, Merchandise and Assortment Planning and Replenishment.
"By joining SPESA and AAPN, we can gain a deeper understanding of the supply chain and demand forecasting challenges that apparel companies face in today's market," said Malcolm Buxton, JustEnough President and CEO. "Using our current successes with some major apparel brands, we hope to impart our thought leadership and best practices to benefit other SPESA and AAPN members."
The trade organization SPESA is the "largest trade association in the Americas solely devoted to the advancement of suppliers of sewn products machinery, ancillary equipment, parts, services and technology for the sewn products industry."
AAPN is a "private sector, non-profit, members-only, business network of over 600 company owners and senior executives organized industrially worldwide to produce apparel for the US market."
Founded in 1994, JustEnough, headquartered in the United States with offices worldwide, is a global leader in demand-based Merchandise & Assortment Planning solutions, servicing more than 200 of the world's leading brands such as Levi Strauss, Chanel, Hang Ten, Ackermans Baby and Strandbags.
