According to State Statistics Bureau, the customer price index (CPI) in Nov. rose 5.1% from the same priod last year. In the eight catogeries, clothes CPI went down 0.7%. While the CPI rose 1.1% in Nov. on a monthly basis. The clothes CPI rose 1.6% from previous month.
