China's Nonwoven Industry Hailed Noticeable Growth in 2010

According to the latest statistics unveiled by China's Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, China's nonwoven industry welcomed a dynamic development year in 2010. The recovery of global economy during the past year has undoubtedly spurred the prompt demand of nonwovens, both in China and also around the globe.

In the year 2010, nonwovens output of above-scale companies reached up to 1.76 million tons, rising by 24.4 percent from the precedent year. Worth notice that growth velocity of 2009 was 29.2 percent year-on-year.

Profit margin also climbed up quick. Over the first eleven months of 2010, primary business revenue of China s nonwoven industry has mounted up to 54.6 billion CNY, rising by 30.2 percent from last year, which is 18 percentage points faster compared with the growth velocity of 2009 at 12.5 percent. Aggregated profit revenue has surpassed 2.8 billion CNY, which surged by 56.6 percentage points from the precedent year. Profit margin was 5.1 percent, which is 0.4 percentage points higher than China's textile industry in average.
