Hebei Cici attend "Jinzhou Pears Flowers Day"

On the 16 April, 2010 Hebei Cici Co, based in Jinzhou city of Hebei province, attended the 5th local "Jinzhou Pears Flowers Day" to show their pears. It is celebrated in Hebei Cici's export base orchard, this orchard is registered in China CIQ, and is GlobalGAP accredited.

Hebei Cici Co., Ltd (formerly known as Jinzhou Cici) are now busy with their main varieties the Asian pear (Century), Ya and Sweet pears which will continue to the end of June, and Hebei Cici Co expect volumes and quality comparable to last year. Hebei Cici also produce Snow and Ya pears.

Hebei Cici sell to the domestic as well as the export market. Domestically to the provinces of Shanghai, Guangdong and Sichuan. The main export destinations are South and East Asia and also Europe.

The pears are packed according to the market, 7kgs open top boxes to Europe and 6pcs unit packing to Asia with single packings to the local supermarkets. A representative from the company tells us that, "the market is good, and more and more clients are buying our brands."
Hebei Cici have storage for around 6000 tons of pears and their packing house can pack 25000 tons per year. They are planning to build a cold store to accommodate 10,000 tons.
The company plans to develop more markets within and outside of China on order to enable more and more people to experience their pears which are sold under the brand names of Yulong, Sinong and Tianni
