For Hebei Jinhou Great Wall July is a busy time, the start of the pear season. The harvest this year was slightly delayed due to weather conditions. The company exported Su pears in July and went on to export Asian pears in August and will continue with the Snow and Ya varieties in September. The pears are of good quality this season as in previous years, the company has it's own quality control and processing lines.
Great Wall's first shipment of the year will go to Canada and the company expects more business from that direction this year. As well as supplying existing customers Great Wall are looking to expand their customer base around the world. The company is especially interested in the South African market where they can supply at very competitive prices.
