Employees of the Crowne Plaza Shenzhen at a vow for quality service for the Universiade ceremony at the InterContinental Shenzhen yesterday. More than 600 staff working for hotels and properties under the OCT Group in Shenzhen, attended the ceremony to take an oath to offer quality service during the Universiade. The ceremony also marked the beginning of OCT s Quality Service Year 2011, which targets professional, efficient and outstanding service.
