SHENZHEN S transport authority has unveiled plans for 92 bus routes and is seeking public opinion.
The plan includes 45 new routes and 47 adjusted routes.
This is expected to ease transport congestion at Shenzhen North Railway Station, South University of Science Technology of China, Foxconn, Guangming High-speed Railway Station, Pinghu agriculture produce market and Longgang Grand Industrial Zone, the transport commission said yesterday.
After opening five Metro lines, the commission has planned 61 bus routes including 32 new ones.
The authority has also planned 23 cross-district bus routes including six new ones to solve commuting difficulty in Longgang Grand Industrial Zone, Huangmabu Village and Xiasha Village. Ten routes will link Shenzhen North Railway Station with Pinghu, Yueliangwan, Nanshan CBD, Buji, Luohu, Nan ao and Bantian.
