SHENZHEN human resources authority has made public the information of the employees of 32 city government agencies for public scrutiny.
The information includes names, education and job titles. This follows the practice of the Central Government and Guangdong Provincial Government to improve government transparency and efficiency and strengthen public supervision, the bureau said Wednesday.
In February, the Guangdong Provincial Government put the information of 48 agencies and 23 affiliate organizations on its official Web site.
It will be easy for residents to lodge complaints about some public servants at service counters whose attitude is not good. We can check the information on the Web site and our complaints will be more effective, a resident surnamed Huang said.
