7.8 Kilograms of Ivory Products Detected( with photo)

Recently, when exercising control over flight CZ3076(Hong Kong to Wuhan), Customs officers of Wuhan Airport Customs Office(affiliated to Wuhan Customs District) detected 7.8 kilograms of smuggled ivory products from an inward passenger s luggage. The ivory products which include necklaces, bracelets and handicrafts are valued at RMB 325,000. This is the first ivory product smuggling case that Wuhan Customs District has ferreted out at Wuhan Tianhe Airport.
