Jinan Municipal Working Conference on Agriculture Held

On February 6, principals of Jinan Municipal Bureau of Agriculture held the 2010 Annual Working Conference on Agriculture. This conference seriously carried out and practiced the spirit of the central, provincial, and municipal working conference on rural areas and made a comprehensive sum-up of the work in 2009. It deeply analyzed the current agricultural situation and arranged the work and tasks in 2010. It also explicated the directions, focuses and measures for the Two-type Agriculture (resource-conserving and environmental-friendly agriculture) and required departments concerned to make great efforts to realize the improvement, breakthrough and development in constructing modern agriculture in this capital city. Excellent groups and individuals from Jinan municipal and bureau offices as well as the excellent party branches and party members were awarded on this conference. Vice direct-generals from each Jinan Municipal Bureau of Agriculture delivered profound addresses on how to grasp the keynote in their work on the basis of their own functions. And Zhao Yuhai, director-general and secretary of the leading Party Group of Jinan Municipal Bureau of Agriculture, delivered an important speech on this conference.
