Mr. Liang said that how to develop modern agriculture in Yangling has been in the stage of exploration. Nevertheless, it has accumulated some experience worth learning and generalization, such as building specialized industrial park, advancing the development of key enterprises, extending the industrial chain and encouraging system innovation, etc.
