Dongguan Government is set to allocate 604 million RMB (US$89 million) over the coming five years to support Tumushuke, a sub-prefecture-level city in the northern part of Xinjiang, Guangzhou Daily reported on July 26.
Guangdong Government assigned the task to Dongguan in June to provide aid to Tumushuke, thereby assisting the harmonious development of the western regions of China.
