The first batch of units of the second phase of Villa Estana Estilo De Vida, a joint-venture project between Shanghai Forte and China Eastern Air Property Ltd. in Qingpu District, Shanghai, was released for sale on May 30. The opening day saw overwhelming sales performance and posted a new record price in Qingpu New Town.
At 8 am, after lining up for one day and one night, the customers could barely hold their excitement and pushed into the sales center to find their favored units. The atmosphere was warm and tense, and sales proceeded in good order.
This is a new appearance for the project since the debut of its first phase one year and a half ago. Great improvements have been made in phase two with terraced apartments as the main product, which is rare and highly sought-after in the region. Sales price on the opening day surpassed existing market level and set a new record in Qingpu New Town.
