During the meeting and exchanging process, President Xia introduced to the team including Mr. Richard J. Hunter the development history of the Group Company, the enterprise strategy and the fruitful achievements of the Company in recent years in detail. Mr. Richard J. Hunter thought highly of the forward-looking development strategy focusing on the third-tier cities of China as well as the development mode of centralized management and standardized operation.

In his opinion, the development of Evergrande complies with the real estate development direction of China, influenced by the real estate macro-control of China to the smallest extent. He also fully affirms the future development of the Company, and hoped that both parties would have more opportunities for cooperative development in the future.
