Member Hui Ka Yan Attended the 4th Session of 11th CPPCC National Committee

On March 3, 2011, the 4th Session of 11th CPPCC National Committee was inaugurated in the Great Hall of the People. In the following 10 days, 2182 members of CPPCC National Committee from each political party and group as well as each nationality and circle will perform their functions practically and provide advices and strategies actively centering on the draft of 12th Five Year Plan Outline and the relevant reports as well as the major issues related to the national economy and the people s livelihood.

Professor Hui Ka Yan, Member of CPPCC National Committee and Chairman of the Board of Directors of Evergrande Group, attended the opening ceremony, and officially submitted a proposal for the NPC and CPPCC under the title of Increasing the Transformation of Old Cities and Urban Villages to Reduce the Housing Price and Stabilize the Market to the Session.

Before the Session was inaugurated, Member Hui Ka Yan accepted the interview from the nationwide mainstream media at Tiananmen Square, answering a series of issues on transformation of proposal.
