On June 12, about 30 leaders from the Communist Committee and the Government of Fenyang City, visited NUC under the leader of XU De, Party Secretary of Fenyang City and Liu Guanglong, Governor of Fenyang City. At the Fifth Meeting Room, they have a talk with NUC leaders. Shi Qain, Chairman of NUC Council, Wang Baoru, Vice-Chairman of NUC Council, Liu Youzhi and Yang Shuping, NUC Vice-Presidents, attended the meeting with leaders from relative administrative departments.

At first, Shi Qian, Chairman of NUC Council, made a welcome speech on behalf of about 30 thousands NUC staff and students, expressing the hopes that the two parties may further the cooperation and broaden the field. Afterwards, Yang Shuping, NUC Vice-President, made an introduction to the NUC s work in talents cultivation, researches and studies, educational features and development ideas, etc. At last, at the company of the school leaders, Fenyang leaders visited the campus.
