YRCC Delegation Participated in the UNESCO and INBO Sessions of the 5th World Water Forum

The UNESCO and INBO Sessions of the Fifth World Water Forum were held in the meeting center of the Forum, Istanbul. The hosts of these two Sessions both invited YRCC to contribute on the theme of How can stakeholder be involved in basin management and Trans-boundary water cooperation? with the international organizations.

Mr. Shang Hongqi, General-Director of Department of International Cooperation, Science and Technology, YRCC, made a keynote speech and answered questions about the Yellow River raised by the participants. Besides, he expressed his appreciation on the participants attention about the Yellow River, and invited the international basin institutions and relevant organizations to visit the Yellow River to acquire more information about the Yellow River management implemented by YRCC.
