Georgian Prime Minister meets Vice Premier of the People's Republic of China

Georgian Prime Minister Nika Gilauri has met Vice Premier of the People s Republic of China Zhang Dejiang in Beijing. Mr.Zhang Dejang welcomed the Georgian Prime Minister, who arrived in China for participation in Day of Georgia at the international exhibition Expo 2010 in Shanghai.He noted that Georgian-Chinese relations have been developing quickly and steadily since the establishment of diplomatic relations.China has become Georgia s fifth main trade partner lately.Mr.Zhang said that his country is interested in development of lasting and close cooperation with Georgia in all spheres.Prime Minister Gilauri congratulated the Chinese side upon successful conduct of the
prestigious exhibition and said that he was looking for the Day of Georgia.He said he was satisfied with the level of Georgian-Chinese relations and thanked
the Chinese side for support.He invited Chinese investors to Georgia and expressed hope for expansion of cooperation in the spheres of logistics and railway transport.
