Approved by State Council the Ministry of Finance & the State Administration of Taxation decided to allow duty free of individual income tax to the interest income of settlement fund of stock exchange gained by the individual investors in the securities market since Oct. 9th 2008. The interest income of settlement fund of stock exchange during the adjustment refers to the interest income bred from the fund in the account of stock exchange deposited by individual investors.
