Recently, Xiamen Customs district seized 77,000 pairs of sandals for export that likely have infringed the trademarks of NIKE PUMA ADIDAS and HAVAINAS. Later, the 4 trademark holders confirmed that all the sandals are infringing ones.

In January, Xiamen Customs District broke 29 infringement cases involving a value of RMB 2.27 million, a year-on-year increase of 61% and 121% respectively.
