Officers of Customs office stationed by Changchun Customs District in Post Office said they had seized two specimens of sea turtle from a parcel which was declared as food . This is the first time that Changchun Customs has seized such kind of goods in express mail delivery system. Sea turtle is an endangered species listed under the Appendices of Convention on International Trade in Endangered Species of Wild Fauna and Flora (CITES), according to the officers.
