Valin Hengyang Steel signed Strategic Cooperation Agreement with CNPC Tubular Goods Research Institute

On Nov. 6, Valin Hengyang Steel Tube Co., Ltd and CNPC Tubular Goods Research Institute signed strategic cooperation agreement as well as related technical cooperation agreements, making a beginning for the cooperation between company and research institute and striding towards high-end area.

CNPC Tubular Goods Research Institute is the organization directly under CNPC Group, and is the only R&D center and key research organization in tubular goods technology in Chinese petroleum industry, mainly involved with scientific research of tubular goods, quality and technology supervision and engineering services.

Valin Hengyang Steel is a specialized seamless tube producer with over 50 years experience, with state-of-art facilities. Valin Hengyang Steel made great achievements in development and application of oil casing, and pipe line, especially in non-API products area, the products developed and produced by Valin Hengyang Steel like sulfur-resistant oil casing, 3Cr corrosion and collapse resistant oil casing, thermal well oil casing, torsion-resistant oil casing, premium joint etc. are generally recognized by the oilfields of CNPC.
