Zhu Jianghong Visits Middle East Market

March 30, Zhu Jianghong, board chairman of Gree Electric Appliances and Li Wei, general manger of overseas sales company of Gree Electric Appliances paid a 8-day visit to three middle east countries of Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates and Iran for market investigation.

Middle East is one of the major exported markets of Gree, and is also the market that firstly promotes Gree OBM products overseas. Due to the hot weather that with a highest temperature of 60 in summer there, air conditioner has always been a daily necessity. With the tested high quality, Gree desert air conditioner gained a high reputation in the local market. After years of competition with local and Japanese as well as American products, Gree air conditioner has gained a certain market share there.

Zhu Jianghong also met some representative clients in countries of Saudi Arabia, Iran and UAE and listened to their suggestions on Gree products and marketing. According to the present international and domestic situations and the characteristics of local market, Zhu has got a detailed understanding of the local investment environment, advertising and promotion method, as well as product developing direction. He also expressed that Gee would carry on and strengthen the support to the agents there.

During the visit, Zhu and his group also attended a distributors meeting organized by Saudi Arabian Gree agents. Zhu gave a speech on the meeting and cut the ribbons at an opening ceremony for a new Gree exclusive shop in Saudi Arabia.
