From August 11 to August 13, both sales clerk and technician for Gree's overseas sales carried out a special training regarding air conditioning-related knowledge for Philippine distributors. The training lasted three days and covered the fundamental knowledge about air conditioning, installation of split type air conditioner, after-sales maintenance and presentation of new products, etc.. This training has helped Gree further expand the Philippine market and increase Philippine consumers' recognition of Gree brand.
Some of the main Philippine distributors of Gree attended the training. The company arranged for them well-designed training that covered extensive topics such as fundamental knowledge about air conditioning, installation of split type air conditioner, after-sales service and maintenance and related case analysis. Meanwhile, the 2009 New Products Presentation Meeting was held for the participating Philippine distributors so that they would obtain enough knowledge to let customers have a brand-new concept of the newly-launched home and commercial air conditioning products.
During the training, distributors were very active in asking questions and were eager to share problems they encountered during selling or after-sales service, and through analysis by everyone present, most of their problems found satisfactory solutions.
At the end of the training, one distributor excitedly volunteered to demonstrate the entire process of installing a split type air conditioner.
These Philippine distributors started to cooperate with Gree in the early 1990s, and through over a decade's marketing, the sales volume is increasing year by year. Now there are nearly 40 distribution outlets. This training has enabled distributors to further understand the structure, installation and relevant technical indices of the products and enhanced their terminal marketing capability. Distributors say that they grow more and more confident in Gree products and they will be more committed on selling Gree's air conditioning products and constantly enhancing Gree brand's popularity and market share in an effort to make Gree among the top 3 players in Philippine's air conditioning market.
